MaternityCare Consumers of Alberta Network (MCAN) is still looking for a group of volunteers (2-3 individuals) to assist with our Website & Social Media Committee. We are looking for people who are passionate about maternity care and ensuring women have choices in the childbirth continuum but also knowledgeable in a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, web sites, blogs, etc.)

Volunteers will:

• Facilitate respectful discussion online by moderating both the FB Group and FB Page, ensuring that all posts and comments adhere to our posted User Guidelines
• Provide support to Board Members regarding social media knowledge
• Assist with content updates for the website
• Assist in managing incoming emails to the Committee's email account
• Meet with (virtually) and report to the Website & Social Media Committee Chair, who reports directly to the Board of Directors via the VP External

We have exciting changes to our website waiting for your time and energy, to revamp content and continue the growth of our Mandates Pages.
